Quick help

Apple Health isn’t updating

Open iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Road to 50 and confirm the requested read permissions are enabled. Then reopen Road to 50.

Can’t create or join a team

Confirm you are signed in, check your internet connection, and retry. Invite codes are not case-sensitive. An inactive or incorrect code cannot be joined.

Score looks wrong

Road to 50 scores execution, not weight loss. The weekly score combines Nutrition, Training, Movement, Sleep, Check-in, and Resilience. Health-based points may refresh after HealthKit data is available.

Progress photos

Progress photos are stored locally by Road to 50. Use a consistent position and distance for the best Then/Now comparison. Photos are not uploaded to the Road to 50 team backend.

Account and sign-in

1

Sign in with Apple

Road to 50 uses your Apple identity as the account credential. If Apple has hidden your email, the app can still identify your account through Apple’s private relay/account identifier.

2

Using a different account on the same iPhone

Road to 50 protects private local history from another signed-in account. If the app detects private data belonging to a different account, it will require you to sign back out or explicitly erase the old local data.

3

Delete your account

Go to Profile → Account → Delete Account. Confirm with the Apple account linked to Road to 50. This permanently removes the Road to 50 account and associated server data and erases Road to 50’s private local data on that device.

Notifications

Road to 50 uses iOS notifications for a small set of challenge reminders. You can change Road to 50 reminder choices under Profile → Notifications and system-level permission under iPhone Settings → Notifications → Road to 50.

Privacy

Raw weight, body-composition details, raw HealthKit samples, meal photos, and progress photos are private by default and are not uploaded to the current Road to 50 team backend. Read the complete Road to 50 Privacy Policy.
